Transition from physical therapy to an independent gym program, work out in a safe & comfortable environment monitored by B.E.S.T. Physical Therapy Staff

Equipment includes:
  • Treadmill
  • Stationary Bike
  • Upper body Ergometer
  • Exercise Balls
  • Free Weights
  • Cuff Weights
  • Total Gym
  • Cable Pulley apparatus
  • Foam Rollers

    • You may come in to work out ANYTIME during regular business hours. No appointments necessary.

    Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Tuesday 8:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M. Friday 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

    Cost is $75.00 per month (every 30 days). We accept cash, check, or mastercard.
